The TEAM Quiksilver snowboarder, Mathieu Crepel, took a silver medal in the final of Superpipe to Winter X-Games Europe. For his second run, Mathieu gave his all and perfectly connected a frontside double Cork 1080°, a haakon flip 720°, a frontside 1260° tail grab, melon to fakie, a switch backside 500° and finished with a switch backside alley oop rodeo 540°, which propelled him straight to the podium. Switzerland’s Louri Podlatchikov took first place and the American, Louie Vito completed the podium places at the first ever European Winter X-Games.
