Quik Skate / Olloclip Giveaway

The fisheye lens has been one of the skate photographer’s essential tools for nearly 40 years thanks to Warren Bolster (RIP) who often used one to capture distorted images of skate legends in the 1970’s. Used extensively in skate photography to this day, the fisheye captures approximately a 180 degree field-of-view making it perfect for shooting close-up’s of skating.

When we found out that Olloclip, maker’s of the quick-connect lens for your iPhone, was down the street from our HQ in Huntington Beach we decided to hit them up to have some fun with their fisheye lens in our skatepark, Door 33. The results were rad so we want to giveaway some Olloclips and Quik Skateboarding Collection product to 4 of our Instagram followers. Here’s how…

Simply tag a skate photo of you or a friend with #QuikandOlloclip, @quiksilver and @olloclip. On December 2nd we will choose 4 winners to receive a prize pack including items from the Quik Skate collection and Olloclip. You don’t need to use a fisheye but if you do all the better. Get shooting.
