July 10th Minneapolis to Oakdale
Early up and out to our friends @ Cal Surf. Met up w/ Scott n Fam. Met the kids and future of Minni skate scene. Signed some autographs.
Then headed to the Mall of America. Damn this mall is HUGE! Had to stop by @ the Quiksilver Store to stock up on boardies and say hello to Dave n crew, before we went over to the Waterpark of America. Check back for the video of the skate crew coming out of the 5 person slide… Creepy but funny… Then headed to Summit Sports…
The Finale was @ Oakdale skate park with over 300+ kids. Brock and Reese were mixing it up with the kids. Brock got at it with some kids in the game of S.K.A.T.E.
With all grills firing, Dickie was at his best. Burgers, Hot Dogs and Steaks were off the charts! Kids were proper and kept in line and were psyched!
Once the BBQ was cleaned up, the Giveaways got given out and even the local softball guy got in the mix. That’s right, “Quiksilver Loves you and you love Quiksilver” –Copyright Dickie Munczenski. Ton’s of Denim, Hats and Tour T’s given out. Kids were hyped and stuck around to skate with Brock and Reese. Oh, yeah, Reese gave away a Reese Forbes deck to the kid with the most hurt up deck.
The last night was easy n mellow. We got back to 601 Graves Hotel safe. Said our goodbyes to MoDaddy for another tour well traveled. Kicked it in the bar for a minute and then off to Ike’s for a mellow dinner.
The next morning, everyone was on their separate ways.
Another dope tour in the Midwest! Looking forward to doing it again!

July 9th Alexandria & Minneapolis
Up n out to Alexandria to our good friends @ Gliks. Something in the water cause there were a lot of mandatory pit stops on the way up. Alexandria was an easy 2 ½ hour drive northwest of Minni.
We piled out of the Quik Bus and into Gliks with 100+ kids ready for the crew. The Gliks fam couldn’t have been more friendly.
Shortly after, we headed over to the Alexandria Skatepark. A small local park where Reese, Justin and David showed the kids what up. Dickie got the kids amped up on the bullhorn. And with the kids fed with fresh Pizza Hut, we parlayed over to the Quik Bus and did an impromptu giveaway of tour t’s, hats and denim.
With much thanks to the people of Alexandria, we headed back to Minni for the Swell Society Boarding for Breast Cancer Poolside Fashion Show. Of course, we dressed for the occasion: Boardies and t’s. Brock got on stage and did some modeling with some back flips into the pool. After being reprimanded and crowd pleasing, we headed out into Minni to see what trouble could be made…

July 8th Madison & Minneapolis
Easy up n out. All on the Quik Bus, so we had room to kick it, video games//watch movies. Lady Gaga was blastn once Brock got a hold of the itunes player. Sorry, cramped vans transition to Quik Bus makes a huge difference.
Hit up Mayhew’s Alumni Skate Shop in Madison. Dope setup. Kicked it with his crew and the kids that came through. Grabbed some eats. Talked vegan and caught up on the Osiris days.
Then it was off to the Yankees vs Twins game. Met up with Scott & Garret from Cal Surf and took over section 103. Our friend Jorge wasn’t on point as usual, but running it with a packed house @ the Metrodome was good times.

July 7th in Milwaukee
With a full day ahead of us, we got on the road and headed to Milwaukee to hit up Moda3 and PhaseII. Then we headed to Cream City Skatepark. Fun indoor park with concrete. Everybody skated and kicked it. Danny, Reese and Justin held it down. With Dave Rosenberger and Beeson.
Cool kids, good people, PBR and salmon was cooked up by Dickie as a treat for a hard day’s work!
The kids came out in droves with a watermelon smashing contest and tons of giveaways. Dickie and O’Meally held court with the kids for free product. Check out the video, once it’s done to see who won the Watermelon smashing contest… Classic

Just when we were getting ready to call it quits, MoDaddy arrived in the Quiksilver Bus and cheers came out from everyone!!
Early night tonight. Off to Madison to Alumni Boardshop and then to Milwaukee for the Twins and Yankees game… Come by the Quiksilver bus and kick it with us if you’re at the game…
